No Bake Berry Cheesecake - Čizkejk sa Šumskim Voćem (ne peče se) - (PREVOD u opisu ispod videa)

🍒 SUBSCRIBE to my channel: Bake Berry Cheesecake - The most amazing, delicious cheesecake, perfect for hot summer days (well...perfect all year round 😊) This Berry Cheesecake is insanely good and flavorful with buttery and rich biscuit base, creamy cream cheese filling and various sweet and sour berries.Ingredients:Berry layer:10.6 oz (300 g) frozen or fresh berries (raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, cranberries)3 tbsp sugar2.36 us fl oz (70 ml) water5 gelatin sheetsbowl of cold/ice water1.7 us fl oz (50 ml) waterBiscuit base:13.8 oz (390 g) digestive biscuits6.7 oz (190 g) butter, melted3 tbsp milkCream cheese filling:5 gelatin sheetsbowl of cold/ice water1.7 us fl oz (50 ml) water16.9 us fl oz (500 ml) heavy cream14.1 oz (400 g) cream cheese, room temperature0.35 oz (10 g) vanilla sugar OR 1 tsp vanilla extract7.05 oz (200 g) powdered sugarCook berries, sugar and water over medium heat, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes.Smoosh the berries a bit.Dissolving gelatin sheets: Soak 5 gelatin sheets in ice water for 5-10 minutes.Heat the water and gelatin, stirring over very low heat just until the gelatindissolves. It shouldn't simmer or boil.Add dissolved gelatin to berries and stir well to combine. Let it cool.Place the digestive biscuits into the bowl of a food processor and process until crumbs form. Add melted butter and milk and blend until everything is combined.Butter the bottom of a springform pan (8 inch - 20 cm).Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan using the back of a spoon.Refrigerate until you prepare the next layer.Repeat steps for dissolving 5 gelatin sheets.Using a mixer, beat the heavy cream. Add cream cheese and mix well. Add vanilla sugar (OR vanilla extract) and mix to combine.Gradually add powdered sugar.Add few tbsp of cream cheese mixture into dissolved gelatin. Stir to combine then pour the gelatin mixture into the cream cheese mixture. Mix everything well.Pour the cream cheese filling over the biscuit base.Refrigerate for 30 minutes.Pour berries over the cream cheese filling.Refrigerate for about 6 hours or overnight.Enjoy! :)*******************************************************************************CIZKEJK SA SUMSKIM VOCEM1. Osnova od keksa:390 g plazma keksa190 g putera, istopljenog3 kasike mleka3. Beli fil:5 listova zelatinacinija sa ledenom vodom, za potapanje zelatina50 ml vode500 ml slatke pavlake400 g krem sira, na sobnoj temperaturi10 g vanil secera200 g secera u prahuPomesati voce, secer i vodu i kuvati desetak minuta na srednjoj vatri, mesajuci povremeno. Malo izgnjeciti voce.Otapanje zelatina:Potopiti 5 listova zelatina u hladnu vodu, neka odstoji 5-10 minuta.Zagrejati vodu (50 ml) i omeksao zelatin. Mesati na tihoj vatri dok se zelatin ne otopi. Ne sme da provri.Dodati otopljeni zelatin u pripremljeno voce i ostaviti da se ohladi.Dno kalupa (20 cm) sa obrucem koji se skida premazati puterom.Samleti plazmu. Dodati istopljeni puter i mleko. Dobro promešati da se smesa ujednači.Sipati u kalup. Izravnati smesu i ostaviti u frižider dok pripremite ostatak.Jos jednom otopite zelatin po istom postupku.Umutiti slatku pavlaku. Dodati krem sir i vanil secer. Dobro umutiti mikserom. Postepeno dodati secer u prahu.Umesati par kasika fila u otopljeni zelatin, a onda tu smesu sa zelatinom usuti u beli fil. Sve dobro umutiti.Sipati fil u kalup preko keksa. Ostaviti u frižider 30 minuta da se malo stegne.Sipati vocni preliv.Prebaciti u frižider i ostaviti najmanje 6 sati ili najbolje preko noci da se ohladi i stegne.Kad izvadite cizkejk iz frizidera, tankim nožem pređite ivicom kalupa i skinite obruč.
